Leona and Gloria were best friends and were expected to marry into each other’s families until Gloria and her family were expelled from the Amish church for unknown reasons.  Several years after, Leona receives a letter from Gloria and decides to try to persuade Gloria to come back to the community.  but while Leona’s intentions are good, the outcome may end up being harmful.
