Eve Dallas is called to Central Park after a sniper leaves three people dead within seconds.  Eve soon finds that the victims were killed by a tactical laser rifle and further evidence leads her to believe that the shooter is being trained to kill by an expert.  After another attack, Eve knows she must use every resource available to find the killer before more victims are claimed.
